More detailed rotary printing design options with the benefits of stochastic dot color separations.
Improved image quality — Stochastic screening offers more life-like tonal representations and a broader spot color offering. As a result, you get finer details, smoother tones, and a continuous blended appearance that almost looks like the original image.
Sharpness and detail — This technique prevents the “whiteness” of the printing paper from bleeding through the ink. Also, there is sharper edge definition and enhanced stabilization in high-speed printing.
With stochastic dot color saturation and accuracy will provide more consistent ink coverage throughout each job.
Reduction in visible dot patterns — These imperfections are typically more noticeable in traditional halftone printing, which reduces the overall quality of the finished product.

We use the rotary printing process to print your bandannas. Rotary printing creates a softer bandanna because the eco-friendly, water-based pigment dyes are absorbed into the cloth.

- White fabric choices - 100% cotton & non-bleached natural cotton
- We can print up to eight colors with these piece restrictions:

- Edge-to-edge printing is possible, depending on design
